At El Vaquero Exótico, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not fit or meet your expectations, we are happy to help with an exchange or return according to the policy below.
If the item you purchased is too small or too big, you may request an exchange.
Once we receive the returned item, your exchange will be processed promptly and the replacement item will be sent back to you at no cost for the first exchange.
Please note:
Only one free exchange is allowed per purchase. Any additional exchanges will require the customer to cover shipping costs.
If you request a return instead of an exchange, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Please allow 4–5 business days for us to process your refund after receiving your return. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 24–48 hours for the refund to appear in your account.
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned and are considered final sale:
Hardware belts
Huaraches
Exotic leather caps
Formed Texan hats (including Stetson, Larry Mahan, and Serratelli)
Please try on shoes only on carpet.
Shoes with marked soles, scratches, or visible footprints will not be accepted for exchange or return.
Some products may have slight variations due to manufacturing processes. These may include:
Boot shaft variations
Exotic leather pattern differences
Leather sheen variations
Minor stitching design changes
Belt beadwork variations
While we do our best to ensure products match the photos displayed online, these natural variations may occur. The exchange and return policy still applies, particularly for items made to order.

Pack the merchandise in its original packaging and place it inside a sturdy cardboard box.
